          MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS TRAVEL - HOTELS WORLDWIDE

          Use of all MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Travel - Hotels Worldwide Offers ("Hotel Offers") on the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS products is governed by these Hotel Rules of Use (the "Rules") and any terms of use included on the Hotel Offers. Each person should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Hotel Offer. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and any terms of use included on a Hotel Offer, the terms of use on the Hotel Offer shall govern.

          HOW IT WORKS

          1. HOTEL OFFER
            • Each participating hotel provides "One Complimentary Night" Hotel Offer
            • The Hotel Offer is valid for one complimentary night when one night of equal or greater value is purchased at "Best Available Rates" (See Section 4 "HOTEL TERMS" below)
            • The Hotel Offer excludes taxes, service charges and tourism fees
            • The Hotel Offer is based on a discount off the "Best Available Rate" or "Best Flexible Rate" defined as the fully flexible "non-restricted" rate of the day quoted directly by the hotel reservations or hotel website
            • The Hotel Offer is based on a one time use for a minimum two nights consecutive stay
            • The Hotel Offer applies to the room only rate, excluding breakfast (unless otherwise specified on the Hotel Offer)
            • The Hotel offer is valid for all room categories however it may not apply to "Club or Executive" rooms, at the hotel's discretion
            • A limit of one Hotel Offer per room booked may be used. A maximum of one night will be complimentary per room booked per stay. The lowest nightly rate quoted will qualify as the complimentary night
            • For selected hotels and only if specified on the Hotel Offer, a 20% off the Best Available Rates will apply for additional nights after using the "One Complimentary Night" Hotel Offer. However, the 20% discount Hotel Offer will not apply to the nights booked using the "One Complimentary Night" Hotel Offer
          2. HOTEL OFFER BOOKINGS
            • The Hotel Offer is "Subject to Availability" (see Section 4 "HOTEL TERMS" below) of rooms allocated to the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS promotion at the time of booking
            • The Hotel Offer is only valid for bookings made directly by calling or emailing the hotel's reservations desk. MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS members are required to request availability of the Hotel Offer at the time of booking
            • The Hotel Offer is not valid for online bookings via the hotel website or any third party website
            • Advanced reservations must be made directly with the hotel prior to arrival. The Hotel Offer is not valid for walk-ins without a prior reservation
            • The Hotel Offer does apply to corporate, group or conference rates or travel agency bookings and may not be combined with other discount offers or programs including rates on third party travel or daily deal websites
            • This Hotel Offer may not be available during public holidays. Minimum night stays and special event or seasonal restrictions may apply
            • The Hotel Offer is valid for new bookings made in accordance with these Rules and does not apply to any existing booking where a deposit or payment has been made
            • Hotel rates are quoted in local currency or as specified by the hotel
            • The Hotel Offer does not include air travel, hotel transfers or other inclusions unless otherwise specified on the Hotel Offer
            • All bookings are subject to the standard payment and cancellation policies (see Section 3 "HOTEL POLICIES" below)
            • To redeem the Hotel Offer, the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS mobile application digital or print voucher of the Hotel Offer must be presented at the hotel reception at the time of check in
            • The Hotel Offer is valid for travel up to 30 September 2018
          3. HOTEL POLICIES
            All bookings are subject to the applicable hotel's standard reservations, payment and cancellation policies. Before finalising your reservation, please review the hotel's policy on advance deposits, cancellations and late arrival guarantees. The MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS will not accept any responsibility for each hotel's management policies.
          4. HOTEL TERMS
            • What is the "Best Available Rate"?
              The Hotel Offers are based on a discount off the Best Available Rate at each hotel. The "Best Available Rate" is the fully flexible "non-restricted" room only rate of the day quoted directly by the hotel reservations to the public and is generally published on the hotel's website. It may also be referred to as the "Best Flexible Rate" or "Rack Rate". The Best Available Rate varies from the hotel's other promotional rates including weekend package rates, advance purchase rates, all inclusive package rates and summer/Ramadan rates.
            • What is "Subject to Availability"?
              The Hotel Offers are "Subject to Availability" of rooms at the discounted rate allocated to this promotion at the time of booking at each hotel. When this allocation of rooms is filled, the Hotel Offer may then no longer be available to MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS members, even if the hotel still has rooms available to be sold at full rate. Please check availability of the Hotel Offer with hotel reservations at the time of booking.
            • Public Holidays / Seasonal Restrictions
              The Hotel Offers may not be available during public holiday periods including Eid holidays in GCC destinations. Some hotels may also have minimum night stay requirement for all bookings, or specific block-out dates during special event or peak seasonal periods. This requirement may also apply to the Hotel Offers. Please check with the hotel prior to making a booking.
            • Are both offers valid at the same time?
              For selected hotels and only if specified on the Hotel Offer, you may use the "One Complimentary Night" offer for the first two nights of your booking and the 20% discount Hotel Offer may be used for any additional nights when you extend your stay, subject to availability.

          • Can be used 7 days a week, at any time during the issuing merchant's trading hours- minimal exclusion days apply.

          RULES OF USE - IN FULL

          The use of all MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Offers ("Offers") by MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS members ("Member(s)") is subject to these Rules of Use ("Rules") and any terms of use included on the Offers. Customers should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer.

          1. Redeeming Your Offers
            • Redeeming Offers on your App is very simple:
              1. Select your chosen Offer for use on the App.
              2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
              3. You will be prompted to enter your four digit PIN.
              4. Once your PIN is entered, the merchant is prompted to enter their PIN.
              5. Once the merchant has entered their PIN, the Offer will be redeemed and the item or service will be removed from your bill.
            • To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process.
            • One Offer can be used by 2 people, up to a maximum of 4 Offers per visit/booking/table for a group of 8 people or more:

            • In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution.
          2. Offer Validity
            • Offers are valid from 2nd January through to 30th December of the year indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified. However, your subscription will remain valid with renewed offers up to end of September 2018. We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from a MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS product
            • The Offers will be subject to change or replacement during the subscription period and/or when the subscription starts mid-year. Refreshed offers for mid-year subsciptions will reflect the appropriate end validity date.
            • Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue.
            • Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer.
            • Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining/loyalty/employee/rewards programmes.
            • Offers do not apply to any additional service charges or taxes.
            • Offers are valid 7 days a week any time during the issuing merchant's trading hours, unless specified on the Offer and minimal exclusion days apply.

            • Offers are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.
            • Unauthorized reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered.
          3. Food & Drink Offers
            • A Main Course/Main Menu Item is defined as the main element of a customer's lunch or dinner - i.e. not a starter or a dessert. The MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS is not responsible for the specific layout/design of a merchant's menu. If in doubt, clarify with the server before ordering.
            • One Offer can be used to redeem one qualified item only, unless otherwise specified.
            • One Offer can be used by 2 people, up to a maximum of 4 Offers per table, for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the product the Offer is from. E.g. a group of 4 people can redeem 2 Main Course Offers at a restaurant, - redeeming a maximum 2 Offers in total.
            • The least expensive item (as listed on the Offer) will be deducted. The two items must be from the same category as marked on the Offer e.g. buy one "Main Course" and get one "Main Course" free; or buy one "Sushi Set Lunch" and get one "Sushi Set Lunch" free; .
            • Only one bill will be presented per table, per group. No splitting of bills will be allowed.
            • Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events (e.g. Iftar, Suhoor, buffets, set price brunch menu, theme nights, special menus) - unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.
            • Offers are not redeemable for breakfast, starters, side dishes, desserts or shared platters - unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.
            • Offers are not valid for delivery or take-away - unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.
            • Discounts do not apply to service charges.
            • Offers contained in Informal Dining & Take-away can be used by 2 people, unless otherwise specified.
            • Offers contained in "Delivery" can be used by 1 person, unless otherwise specified.
          4. Attractions & Leisure Offers
            • A minimum of 2 people must be present to redeem an Offer - unless otherwise specified. A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/visit for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1).
            • Terms & Conditions may vary with a number of activities so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions.
            • Prior booking may be required for certain offers and/or activities.
          5. Beauty & Fitness Offers
            • Beauty & Fitness Offers can be redeemed in two ways:
              1. One Offer can be used by two people within the same visit, with the second treatment or service being complimentary.
              2. One Offer can be used by an individual, whereby you must pay full price for the first treatment/service and your second treatment/service will be complimentary on your next visit. The merchant provides a voucher for the second treatment/service to be used on another visit. The complimentary treatment/service must be redeemed within the Offer validity period. Please note: gift vouchers cannot be issued for your complimentary treatment/service. The complimentary treatment/service is non-transferable.Please present the Offer at the completion of the treatment/service, prior to requesting the bill. If the Offer is in the Health & Fitness section, please present it prior to the commencement of any class or activity.
            • Prior booking is required.
          6. Retail & Services Offers
            • Certain Offers in the Retail & Services category that begin 'Invites you....' (rather than 'You and a guest are invited..') may be used by an individual.
            • When redeeming a Retail & Services Offer individually, you will pay full price for the first service and your second service will be complimentary. The merchant provides a voucher for the second service to be used on another visit. Please remember you will need to redeem the complimentary service within the Offer validity period.
          7. Hotels Worldwide Offers
            • A Hotels Worldwide Offer provides you with 'Book One Night Get One Free' at leading hotels and resorts throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. These Offers appear in the Hotels Worldwide category on the App.
            • Hotels Worldwide Offers are subject to their own HOTELS WORLDWIDE - RULES OF USE
            • Please refer to these rules for more information prior to making a hotel booking.
            • There are some Bed and Breakfast outlets featured in the "Attractions & Leisure" category in South Africa, these Offers are subject to the following conditions:
              • Offers are valid on the outlet's Best Available Rate.

            The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of any ENTERTAINER product or any of its Offers or contents by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel services, travel providers, and distributors of the product or any of its Offers, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by the ENTERTAINER. The product and its Offers and other content are intended for the non- profit use of the individual purchaser of the Offers. Additionally, the use of the product or any of its Offers for advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any use of the Offers in violation of these Rules will render the Offers void, and the ENTERTAINER will avail itself of any and all legal remedies available to it. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. The ENTERTAINER will not be responsible for the closing down or refusal of any merchant to accept ENTERTAINER vouchers; however, we will use reasonable efforts to rectify the situation, to the extent possible. The ENTERTAINER will not be responsible in the event that fire casualties, illness, injury or other events beyond its control, prevents you from using any Offer.

            You can view merchants filtered by category and location, as well as search for specific merchants, offers and hotels. Enter your search terms in the fields and see which all merchants and offers are available to you.
          4. How many offers are available in MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS app?
            MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App contains hundreds of Buy One Get One Free offers
          5. How long are MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Offers valid for?
            MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Offers are valid for the following period, excluding public holidays and other specific days - all of which are mentioned in our Rules of Use included within the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App. The merchant offers will be subject to change or replacement during the subscription. The new merchant offers will be updated by the end of every calendar year and the updated validity date will be refreshed on the first day of the following year. Your subscription period remains unchanged.

          6. What are the restrictions on the offers?
            Our offers have very few restrictions on the times or days when they can be used. They are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays and exclusions. Please see the Rules of Use for more information on which public holidays are listed for your location.
          7. What happens if merchants close during the validity period?
            Please read the Rules of Use for additional information on the acceptance and validity of offers in our products.
          8. How many offers are there for each participating merchant?
            There are 3 offers for each participating merchant, which can either all be the same offer or three distinct offers. For example, Jhonny Rockets is offering 3 Buy One Get One Free offers ; that's 3 meals for free when using all 3 offers!
          9. How many offers may I use at one time?
            A maximum of 4 offers can be used at one time, regardless of which product the offers appear in. You can use 1 offer per 2 people and a maximum of 4 offers for 8 guests. In most cases, you must be using 1 offer for at least 2 persons visiting with any of our merchants - Beauty & Fitness offers which may be redeemed both times by the same person. For example, a group of four at a restaurant can redeem with 2 main course offers or 1 main course offer and 1 drink offer, per bill.
          10. Where can I download the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App?
            The App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
          11. Do I have to pay for the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App?
            MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App is free and its dedicated to certain owners of Moto smartphones to download and can be easily found on your smartphone's Google app store.
          12. Which languages can I use my MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App in?
            The MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App is currently available in English and Arabic.
          13. How do I change the language settings in my App?
            To use MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App in the language of your choice, simply change your phone settings to the language you prefer. For example, if you want your App in Arabic, go to your phone's settings and change the system language to Arabic. MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App will automatically reflect this language change the next time you use it.
          14. I forgot my password. How can I sign in to MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App?
            If you forget the password for your MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS account then simply click/tap on the 'Forgot Password' link on the website or App. You will receive an e-mail from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.
          15. Do I need an internet connection to redeem MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Offers?
            To redeem offers from the App you will need either a Wi-Fi or 3G or 4G connection. This is so your account can be updated and your redemptions removed from the available offers in real time. This means that if you are sharing the mobile product with a friend or relative, you will be able to see the offers available in real time. The merchant will also receive an e-mail once a redemption is made, this enables them to honor the offer and apply your discount as it verifies the redemption. We are working on an offline redemption system - keep checking our website for updates.
          16. How do I redeem a MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Offer from the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App?
            When you request your bill, you must notify the person attending to you that you want to redeem a MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS Offer using your smartphone. Then, while the teller is watching, you just tap to redeem the offer (be sure that the outlet is correct because some merchants have offers that can be redeemed at more than one outlet). The App will prompt you to enter your 4-digit PIN. When you have done this successfully the App will ask for the merchant's PIN. Simply ask the teller to enter their merchant PIN on your smartphone, and when they have done this you will get a confirmation notice on your screen. The teller will most likely want to make a note of the reference number that appears on your screen so you should allow them to do this. If you accidentally moved past this then you can still see the redemption confirmation reference by going to 'Savings' and then 'Redemption History'. The teller will then prepare your bill with the discount applied. The merchant will receive a receipt of the redemption by email and this will contain the same reference number for security purposes.
          17. If I go to a participating outlet and I hit redeem on an offer on my MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App account and find that they do not accept the offer for some reason, can I cancel the redemption? Yes, you can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, please note that a completed redemption cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate mobile offers within the MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App.
          18. How do I retrieve the redemption code for a redeemed offer?
            If you need to retrieve the redemption code to give to the merchant from your app please follow the below steps
            • Select a category such as Food & Drink
            • Select the profile symbol at the bottom of the screen (2nd last icon from the right)
            • Select Account
            • Select "redemption history" from the menu list
            • Click on the offer you wish to take the number from
          19. I have lost my redemption PIN. What do I do?
            You can reset your PIN within the Account section of the App, which, depending on your brand of smartphone, is either in the Main Menu or within the Settings screen in the App.
          20. Can I see how much I have saved?
            Yes, when you successfully redeem an offer you will see an estimate of how much you have just saved. If you go to the 'Savings' tab within the App menu you will see the total amount of estimated savings you have made since using your MOTO ENTERTAINER DEALS App.
          21. How can I change the currency that is used within the App?
            To change the currency shown
            • Select a category such as food & Drink
            • Select the profile symbol at the bottom of the screen (2nd icon from the right)

            • Select my information
          22. How do I find out how many offers I have left for a particular outlet on my App account?
            Go to the merchant details screen and you will see all the offers available for that merchant. You will see how many are available, how many are locked and how many have already been redeemed.
          23. I have redeemed an offer at one location but the offer is showing as redeemed at all locations on my app.
            For each merchant you get 3 offers in total. When you redeem an offer it will show as redeemed at all locations for that merchant. Once you have redeemed all 3 offers for a merchant, all locations will be locked.
          24. Do I have access to the Rules of Use via my App?
            Yes, validity and Rules of Use are contained within the Offer Screen as well as within the Account section.
          25. How do I redeem more than one offer at the same time on the App - e.g. when I am with a group of friends and I have offers available to use?
            You can currently only redeem one offer at a time within the App. So if you want to redeem 4 offers at the same time then you need to go through the process 4 times with the teller and he/she will then produce your bill with the total discount applied.
          26. How does the App work when using offers from the Beauty & Fitness section - e.g. when I go to a spa alone and want to use my offer for the next visit?
            The spa will accept your redemption in the normal way and then provide you with a certificate which you need to present the next time you visit the outlet. The certificate will contain the exact details of the complimentary treatment or service. You may use the certificate for:
            • Another complimentary treatment for yourself during your current visit or to extend your treatment.
            • A complimentary treatment for your family member or friend to use during your current visit.
            • A complimentary treatment or service at a later date but before the expiration date of your product.
            *These offers fall into the following categories: Spas, Medical & Wellness, Dental Clinics, Beauty, Hair & Nails, Gents Grooming, Health & Fitness.
